I blend a gentle vinyasa flow yoga (which links breath with flowing movements), with therapeutic yoga to ensure safety in the poses. Mindfulness yoga emphasizes the inner experience in the pose combined with precise alignment. Each student's various abilities are deeply respected and honored.
 
Mindfulness yoga creates balance and harmony in body, mind and spirit. Taking this awareness into daily life helps us to embrace everything that arises with acceptance and compassion.
